RTS’ Tablet and Capsule Testing Automation provides products for analytical development and quality control content uniformity and dissolution testing applications.

Content uniformity testing is applicable to both solid dosage and inhaler testing applications and involves using a content/potency assay to determine the content of active material contained within multiple samples collected throughout a batch.
Dissolution testing is a standardised means of measuring the rate of invitro drug release from a dosage form.

Analytical testing, as required by the pharmacopeia, necessitates repetitive manual sample preparation steps.
