RTS provides a comprehensive service of support and maintenance for all RTS automated drug discovery and drug delivery systems. Working in partnership with Clients, we tailor our support solutions to meet your needs. The aim is to achieve the highest levels of system uptime and the maximum return on investment.
 
The standard 12 month warranty on all RTS equipment is the cornerstone of our support offering, but only the start.  Our support team operates across all time zones in Western Europe and the mainland USA providing support packages from basic system breakdown call-outs, through to proactive predictive maintenance, support and improvement packages. Our high end predictive reliability maintenance option uses performance data gathered in the field to predict and prevent system failures and identify non productive time - this results in advice on upgrades and the most timely maintenance schedules to maximise ROI.
