We recognise that continuous product improvement and development is an integral part of meeting client needs and all products supplied perform to defined specifications with continued safe, reliable operational assurance through comprehensive life cycle support and maintenance services.

The Company operates a Quality Management System (QMS) that is certified to BS EN ISO9001:2008 and TickIT v 5.5 standards.  RTS management is committed to developing and improving the effectiveness of the QMS, enhancing customer satisfaction, meeting applicable regulatory requirements and providing all necessary resources. All personnel understand and contribute to our quality systems pursuing business improvement and maintaining accreditation which is audited by NQA.
