RTS can design and build you a unique, reliable, and cost effective test system for your process and product.  Whether you are manufacturing biologicals, pharmaceuticals or medical devices, we can create a system that will test your process components or your product to assure that you meet FDA, USP, and ISO quality requirements.  Our systems will allow you to store and manage the testing data acquired and can integrate into your LIMS, SCADA, or MES system for plant wide monitoring and control.

RTS has developed factory hardened testing systems for a diverse set of applications, across a wide array of industries to test process robustness and repeatability.  We have integrated Hi Pot testers, pressure leak testers, electrical testers, and specialty physical property testers.  Our team of application specialists will work with you to design a test system to meet your throughput and quality demands.  All of our designs are modelled in 3D software from SolidWorks®, ProEngineer®, or AutoCad Inventor® to ensure the quality of your design.  A custom designed control system is developed to accompany the mechanical systems.  We will also develop a control system to integrate a system level PC, an Allen Bradley PLC, and the testing system controller.  Our software engineers can create an easy to use and intuitive Human Machine Interface (HMI) to fit your operational and data acquisition needs.
