RTS performs Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for both one-time service or on a contract basis.

Our IQ assures that your instrument is installed in good working condition. The system is inspected to ensure that all connections and accessories are properly functioning.

Our OQ assures that your instrument is operating in good working condition. All critical parameters including stirring drive eccentricity; stirring alignment, height and rpm; system vibration; media handling; and bath temperature will be measured and verified.

Our PQ assures that your instrument is performing in accordance with USP standards. The system will be run using USP calibrator tablets to certify that it is working properly. We will ensure that your instrument is performing dissolution tests seamlessly, providing you reliable, robust, automated performance.
